Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 large Egg White
- 3 dashes Orange Flower Water
- 1 oz Soda Water
Instructions
- Combine gin, heavy cream, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and orange flower water in a shaker without ice. Perform a 'dry shake' (without ice) for at least 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 1-2 minutes until very well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
- Top with soda water, allowing the foam to rise high above the rim.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
