  1. Combine gin, heavy cream, lime juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and orange flower water in a shaker without ice. Perform a 'dry shake' (without ice) for at least 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 1-2 minutes until very well-chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
  4. Top with soda water, allowing the foam to rise high above the rim.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist.
