Sweet cantaloupe and honeydew wrapped in salty prosciutto, finished with a whisper of fresh mint.

  1. Cut cantaloupe and honeydew into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Take a piece of prosciutto and gently wrap it around a melon cube.
  3. Thread the wrapped melon onto a skewer, adding a small torn mint leaf with each piece.
  4. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
