Red Carpet Melon & Prosciutto Skewers
Sweet cantaloupe and honeydew wrapped in salty prosciutto, finished with a whisper of fresh mint.
Ingredients
- ½ small cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ small honeydew melon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced and halved lengthwise
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves, torn
- 8-10 small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Cut cantaloupe and honeydew into bite-sized cubes.
- Take a piece of prosciutto and gently wrap it around a melon cube.
- Thread the wrapped melon onto a skewer, adding a small torn mint leaf with each piece.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
