Saurian Brandy (Vieux Carré)
The quintessential Federation heavy-hitter for when the Neutral Zone gets too quiet.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients with ice until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Lemon peel and a cherry
