Scooby Snack Swizzle
A creamy, tropical-inspired swizzle featuring dark rum, a hint of nutty liqueur, and bright pineapple, all balanced with fresh lime.
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz cream of coconut
- 0.25 oz hazelnut liqueur (e.g., Frangelico)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine dark rum, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and hazelnut liqueur in a glass.
- Add crushed ice and swizzle vigorously with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until well-chilled and frothy.
- Top with more crushed ice if needed.
- Dash Angostura bitters on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and grated nutmeg.
