Ingredients
- 2 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz passionfruit puree (unsweetened)
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes chili tincture or 1 thin slice fresh red chili (e.g., Fresno)
Instructions
- If using fresh chili, gently muddle it in the shaker.
- Add mezcal, lime juice, passionfruit puree, simple syrup, and chili tincture (if using) to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
