Spicy Mezcal Paloma
A vibrant and effervescent Highball, this Paloma riff combines the smoky depth of mezcal with the tart freshness of grapefruit and lime, all brought together with a touch of agave and a spicy rim.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- Grapefruit Soda, to top
Instructions
- Rim a chilled Collins glass with chili salt (optional, but recommended).
- Combine mezcal, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and agave nectar in the prepared glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir gently to combine and chill.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
