Spicy Mezcal Paloma

A vibrant and effervescent Highball, this Paloma riff combines the smoky depth of mezcal with the tart freshness of grapefruit and lime, all brought together with a touch of agave and a spicy rim.

  1. Rim a chilled Collins glass with chili salt (optional, but recommended).
  2. Combine mezcal, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and agave nectar in the prepared glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and stir gently to combine and chill.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
