Sunset Planter's Punch

A vibrant, fruity punch that captures the last rays of sun, with deep rum notes and a zesty, bittersweet finish.

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the aged rum, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine, and Angostura bitters.
  2. Stir well to fully incorporate all ingredients.
  3. To serve, fill a Japanese-style highball glass with ice.
  4. Pour 4-5 oz of the rum mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with 4-5 oz of soda water and stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
