Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged rum
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4-5 oz Ginger beer
Instructions
- Combine aged rum, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters in a Japanese-style highball glass.
- Add ice and stir briefly to combine and chill.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a banana chip and a piece of candied ginger.
