Ingredients
- 2 oz Grapefruit juice, fresh-squeezed
- 0.75 oz Elderflower syrup
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
- 2 oz Water
Instructions
- Gently muddle basil leaves in a shaker.
- Add grapefruit juice, elderflower syrup, and water. Fill with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or stemless wine glass.
