The Astromech's Blue Milk
A creamy, electric-blue Gin Sour that captures R2's iconic paneling and stubborn personality—refreshing enough to help you bypass a security door.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (or 0.75 oz Aquafaba)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and 'dry shake' for 15 seconds to emulsify.
- Add ice and shake again until very cold.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- The foam should be thick and white, like R2's chassis.
