Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 0.25 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
Instructions
- Pour the unfiltered apple juice into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, swirl to coat the inside, then discard any excess. This is your apple rinse.
- Combine bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir well until thoroughly chilled and properly diluted (about 30 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared Nick & Nora glass.
