Ingredients
- 2 oz Espolòn Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Agave Nectar (or to taste)
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and sea salt in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice.
