  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass to remove fruit solids.
  4. Express an orange peel over the top and discard.

History

This riff on the Margarita/Daisy family uses raspberry jam to achieve a bright 'Fire Flower' red without the cloying sweetness of modern grenadines. The habanero provides that necessary 'power-up' kick.
