The Green Dragon's Grog
This tiki adaptation of the Green Dragon Inn's famous dram combines the smoky depth of mezcal with the sweet heat of pineapple and a whisper of ginger, all under a blue flame worthy of any orkish celebration. Served in a fearsome Geeki Tikis Orc mug!
Ingredients
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 oz grilled pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz blue curaçao
- Absinthe rinse
Instructions
- Rinse your ORC TIKI MUG with absinthe and discard excess.
- Combine mezcal, grilled pineapple juice, ginger liqueur, blue curaçao, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into the prepared Orc Tiki Mug filled with fresh ice.
