The Inner Light
An Old Fashioned that tastes like a lifetime lived in a dream, requiring just a bit of apricot brandy to round out the bourbon.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.25 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1 barspoon Demerara syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Strain over a large clear ice cube.
Glassware: Rocks Glass

History
A 'Fancy' Old Fashioned riff using apricot as a modifier to mimic the fruit trees of Kataan. It’s bittersweet, much like the Ressikan flute melody.
