Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila Reposado
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 4 oz Ginger beer
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Instructions
- Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
- Add the tequila and lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
- Add a dash of orange bitters on top.
Glassware: Copper Mug or Highball
Garnish: A splash of love (lime wheel and a slapped mint sprig)
History
Based on the Moscow Mule spec but swapped for Reposado tequila to match Jackie's preference. It's a classic highball with an added dash of orange bitters for that Night City complexity.
