Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged rum
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz Turmeric Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: A dehydrated lime wheel, reminiscent of a forgotten, dried-out clock.
