The Lover's Blush
A beautifully balanced gin sour, blush pink with a delicate floral aroma and bright raspberry notes.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 0.25 oz elderflower liqueur
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
