Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Rosemary Syrup
- 4 oz Club Soda
- 0.25 oz Mezcal (for mist)
Instructions
- Combine London Dry Gin, fresh Lemon Juice, and Rosemary Syrup in a Japanese-style highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with club soda and give a gentle stir to combine.
