Ingredients
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Soda Water
- 2 lime wedges
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Gently muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in a large wine glass to release their aromatics.
- Add the St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur to the glass.
- Fill the glass generously with ice.
