A spirit-forward, silver-hued Old Fashioned that’s as resolute and cold as Mandalorian beskar armor.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 0.25 oz Agave nectar
- 2 dashes Grapefruit bitters
- 1 pinch Smoked sea salt
Instructions
- Combine mezcal, agave, and bitters in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir until the vessel is frosted and the drink is well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large clear ice cube.
- Garnish with a pinch of smoked salt and a grapefruit twist.
