  1. In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine fresh lime juice, strawberry-ginger purée, mango-passionfruit nectar, and rosewater
  2. Stir well to integrate the flavors.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if desired.
  4. Add a large block of ice or plenty of crushed ice to the vessel.
  5. Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine without losing too much fizz.
  6. Serve into Japanese-style highball glasses filled with fresh ice.
  7. Garnish each drink generously with edible flowers and seasonal berries for a vibrant presentation.
