Tiki Rainbow Dream

Ingredients
- 2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz Strawberry-ginger purée
- 1.5 oz Mango-passionfruit nectar
- 1 oz Rosewater
- 10 oz Sparkling water
- Edible flowers, to garnish
- Seasonal berries, to garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine fresh lime juice, strawberry-ginger purée, mango-passionfruit nectar, and rosewater.
- Stir well to integrate the flavors..
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if desired..
- Add a large block of ice or plenty of crushed ice to the vessel..
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine without losing too much fizz..
- Serve into Japanese-style highball glasses filled with fresh ice..
- Garnish each drink generously with edible flowers and seasonal berries for a vibrant presentation.
