Ingredients
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 3-4 fresh Basil leaves
Instructions
- Gently muddle basil leaves in a shaker.
- Add blanco tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, and demerara syrup to the shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
