A frozen, botanical take on the classic Bond martini featuring red-bitter notes and a sharp gin backbone.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1.5 cups Ice
Instructions
- Combine gin, Lillet, Campari, and grapefruit juice in a high-speed blender
- Add ice and blend until a thick, snowy consistency is reached
- Pour into a chilled glass and ensure the red hue is vibrant and uniform
