  2. Add London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and ginger syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Double strain into a Japanese-style highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon draped along the inside of the glass and a fresh lemon wheel.
