Whistling Birds
A vibrant Collins that's as sharp and effective as Din Djarin's 'whistling birds' weapon. With crisp gin, bright lemon, and a subtle ginger kick, it's a refreshing long drink that'll keep you alert for any Imperial entanglements.
Ingredients
- 3-4 slices Fresh cucumber
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Ginger syrup
- 4 oz Soda water
Instructions
- In a shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices.
- Add London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and ginger syrup to the shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a Japanese-style highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon draped along the inside of the glass and a fresh lemon wheel.
