Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Rosemary Syrup
- 2 oz Soda Water
- 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse (for rinse)
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled Collins glass with Green Chartreuse, swirling to coat the inside, then discard any excess.
- In a shaker, combine gin, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared Collins glass over fresh ice.
